COMMITTEES

Social:  This is where fun people go.... our committee plans and executes neighborhood social events such as the Holiday Parties, lighting of the luminaries-just to name a few. If you have ideas or want to be a part of the excitement, contact: Joe Mendez (see contact information above)

Architecture and Covenants (ARC): This committee approves residential improvement projects on your property to assure that everyone is in compliance with the covenants and restrictions for the neighborhood. Before you start a project, contract Joe Smith (see contact information above)

Pool: The pool is a marketable asset to the community. Join this committee to help keep this area beautiful and safe. For more information contact: Wade Patrum (see contact information above)

Communications: Communication is the key function for community awareness and involvement. The main purpose of th committee is to coordinate all communication resources in the neighborhood. Contact:  Lisa Ducharme (see contact information above)
